Unopened and unused hardware purchased from Gignet Networks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs. Hardware that has been opened, configured, or installed is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cloud Backup) are non-refundable once activated.
